HEFE-WEIZEN- Paulaner Hefe-Weizen is the company’s flagship style and brings the friendly, relaxed atmosphere of Munich’s beer gardens to America. It is a classic Bavarian wheat beer. “Hefe” in German translates to yeast and “Weizen” translates to wheat. Yeast retained in the beer is responsible for the cloudy appearance of Paulaner Hefe-Weizen. A centrifuge process is used with traditional wheat beers to retain the yeast instead of the typical filtering process used with beers that are clear in appearance.

SALVATOR- Salvator pours with a medium butterscotch colored head. The clear body is a deep amber. Its aroma is full of sweet toffee. The flavor is full of round flavors of malt, toffee, bread, and hints of coffee. It is wonderfully complex and has a full mouthfeel. There is a hint of graininess in the finish with lingering toffee sweetness.

OKTOBERFEST- The clean, malty nose has fruitiness and nutty notes along with a hint of baking spices. The mouth features a precise, clean palate with light body. The balance of nutty flavors and fruity Munich malt is subtle but flows together smoothly. The finish has a touch of crisp bitterness and nice malt. AVAILABLE AUGUST-SEPTEMBER
