FIG & OLIVE TAPENADE

This tapenade blends the flavors of the California countryside. Handcrafted, made fresh in small batches, and combines only the best quality ingredients. Use as a spread on sandwiches, with artisan cheeses or as an appetizer with warm crusty bread.

FARMHOUSE OLIVE TAPENADE

A medley of local green and black olives that include Arbequina, Mission, Sevillano and Kalamata. The olives are crushed, then capers, garlic, herbs and other spices are blended to create this chunky spread.  Wonderfully rich and flavorful, it is very pleasing to the palate with a hint of garlic and spices.

PROVENCAL OLIVE TAPENADE

California Manzanillo Olives have been ripened on the trees to give the olive its rich, dark hues and smooth, glossy skin. Blended anchovies, garlic, spices and capers create a true Provencal tapenade. Full-flavored, with a slight ting of olive bitterness at the end.

PARMESAN-ASIAGO SPREAD

This rich and nutty Parmesan-Asiago Spread is made from a delicious mixture of two premium cheeses blended with garlic and spices. California Extra Virgin Olive Oil is then blended in to create a rich spread with a hint of heat to give it a little kick at the end.

CARAMELIZED ONION & BALSAMIC SPREAD

Made from a recipe passed down through generations. All ingredients are farm fresh and all natural. This spread is the perfect combination of texture and flavor. Serve with cheese and crackers or use as a glaze on meat or fish.
