Flavor Infused Olive Oil

Come and sample one or all of our flavor infused olive oils. Our tasting bar is open daily.

ITALIAN HERB- Great for dipping, sautéing or used as a finishing oil.  This EVOO has a vibrant herb flavor which is great on grilled meats; toss with pasta; mix with hard boiled egg yolks and eliminate the mayo from your deviled eggs; toss with fresh veggies and roast in the oven.

BASIL- Delight your palate when you drizzle this over sliced tomatoes and mozzarella, baked potatoes, grilled salmon. An excellent all-around olive oil. This will pair well with Riesling.

OREGANO- Great on pastas and rice. Also use on meats and in sauces. Mix with your favorite balsamic for a wonderful bread dip or dressing.

ROSEMARY- This oil makes a great salad dressing or is perfect drizzled over pasta and potatoes. Use for marinating fish and poultry. Great for grilled vegetables.

ROASTED CHILE- A little less smoky than our Chipotle Olive Oil, use it to spice up almost any dish. Let your imagination run wild! Great to add a little kick to your scrambled eggs in the morning or as a sauté for your veggies. Just the right amount of spice to add more flavor than heat.

CHIPOTLE OIL- A fantastic choice for brushing on grilled chicken and seafood or drizzling over grilled vegetables. Perfect as a dipping oil for bread, as a finishing oil for soups or as a base for dressings and marinades.

HABANERO- This olive oil takes heat and flavor to new heights! Use it with your favorite pasta to transform it to a Mexican treat. Add a dash to your salsas to create the extra zip!

CITRUS HABANERO- Bring on the heat!  Great on anything to give it that extra spice!  Drizzle it on pasta, pizza or seafood after cooking and get that punch of heat!  Sauté veggies or make quesadillas for a lighter heat, but some great added flavor; add a touch to couscous water for a little spice; drizzle over hummus for a kick.

JALAPENO- Extra virgin olive oil with smoke-dried jalapeno chilies brings a touch of southwest flavor to your chicken, beef or seafood. Excellent for dipping or as a finishing oil for soups, pasta or grain dishes. Wonderful base for dressings and marinades.

BLOOD ORANGE- This extra virgin olive oil tastes like blood oranges and is great on salads. Use in place of the oil in any recipe for a hint of orange flavor. Try in baked goods, add a new  twist to Asian cooking or use to sauté salmon or scallops

PERSIAN LIME- A must for Thai and Mexican cuisines. Drizzle a little on Guacamole for an interesting twist. Perfect for Pad Thai. Try in place of butter in mashed sweet potatoes. This oil works especially well with all types of fish and seafood. Compelling in desserts.

ROASTED GARLIC- One word says it all . . . GARLIC! Great on steaks, pizza or potatoes. Braised chicken prepared with this oil with knock your socks off.

SUN DRIED TOMATO PARMESAN & GARLIC- You can smell the Parmesan before you pour onto a bowl of pasta, with fresh grated cheese for texture, or over a fresh bead of tomatoes with fresh basil.

PORTOBELLO & GARLIC- Another wonderful mushroom flavor with the added touch of garlic. Use to grill your cheese sandwich or sauté meats.

MUSHROOM & SAGE- Mushroom and Sage combine for a mild, yet flavorful oil that is delicious drizzled on pasta topped with pecorino shavings. It is excellent on roasted potatoes and also serves as a delightful marinade for grilled turkey or chicken breasts.

BACON- Southern Cooks Rejoice! A healthy way to add that wonderful smoky bacon flavor. Use it to cook your eggs. Drizzle on veggies and meats. Fabulous as a marinade, for grilling, and on spinach salad.
